THIS POLICY APPLIES TO PERSONAL-USE PURCHASES MADE VIA PAPRIKA 53 LIMITED OR ITS AUTHORIZED DEALERS GLOBALLY. IT APPLIES TO ALL PAPRIKA 53 LIMITED’S ELECTRIC ASSIST GRAVEL BICYCLES AND PAPRIKA 53 PROPRIETARY COMPONENTS, AS DEFINED IN THE OFFICIAL PRODUCT SPECIFICATION SHEET.

WARRANTY COVERAGE, TERMS, AND SERVICE PROCEDURES MAY VARY BY COUNTRY OR REGION DUE TO LOCAL REGULATIONS. IT EXISTS IN ADDITION TO ANY CONSUMER RIGHTS YOU MAY HAVE UNDER LOCAL LAW.

  • 2-YEAR STANDARD WARRANTY: COVERS ALL PAPRIKA 53 PROPRIETARY COMPONENTS (E.G., FRAME, HANDLEBAR, WHEELSET – SEE SPECIFICATION SHEET) FOR ALL OWNERS, INCLUDING SECONDHAND BUYERS WITH VALID DOCUMENTATION.

  • 4-YEAR EXTENDED COVERAGE: EXTENDS WARRANTY ON ALL PAPRIKA 53 PROPRIETARY COMPONENTS FOR 4 ADDITIONAL YEARS FREE OF CHARGE. EXCLUSIVE TO THE ORIGINAL PURCHASER ONLY.

  • APPLIES EXCLUSIVELY TO PERSONAL-USE, NON-COMMERCIAL RIDING. RENTAL, RACING, OR DELIVERY USAGE IS EXCLUDED.

PAINT AND DECALS ARE COVERED ONLY FOR VISIBLE DELIVERY-TIME DEFECTS (E.G., BUBBLING, DISCOLORATION, PEELING PRESENT UPON UNBOXING). COSMETIC DAMAGE POSTASSEMBLY IS EXCLUDED.


“PROPRIETARY COMPONENTS” REFERS ONLY TO PARTS MANUFACTURED OR EXCLUSIVELY COMMISSIONED BY PAPRIKA 53 LIMITED, AS LISTED IN THE OFFICIAL PRODUCT SPECIFICATION SHEET.


BATTERY COVERAGE (WITHIN THE ELECTRIC ASSIST SYSTEM): AS PER DJI POLICY, INCLUDES PROTECTION AGAINST CAPACITY DEGRADATION WITHIN 2 YEARS OR 500 FULL CHARGE CYCLES, WHICHEVER COMES FIRST. COVERAGE IS SUBJECT TO PROPER USE, CHARGING BEHAVIOR, AND INSPECTION.


“THIRD-PARTY COMPONENTS” REFERS TO PARTS NOT MANUFACTURED OR COMMISSIONED BY PAPRIKA 53 LIMITED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO DRIVETRAIN, BRAKING SYSTEMS, SADDLES, AND SHIFTERS, AS IDENTIFIED IN THE OFFICIAL PRODUCT SPECIFICATION SHEET.

[ What’s Not Covered ]

THIS WARRANTY DOES NOT APPLY TO:

  • NORMAL WEAR-AND-TEAR (E.G., TIRES, CHAINS, BRAKE PADS, BEARINGS)

  • ACCIDENTS, COLLISIONS, DROPS, FIRE, WATER, THEFT, VANDALISM, OR NATURAL DISASTERS

  • MISUSE, ABUSE, IMPROPER ASSEMBLY, POOR MAINTENANCE, OR IMPROPER STORAGE

  • DAMAGE CAUSED BY RUST OR CORROSION

  • USE OF NON-CERTIFIED OR INCOMPATIBLE ACCESSORIES, PARTS, OR CHARGERS

  • BATTERY DAMAGE OR CAPACITY LOSS RESULTING FROM IMPROPER OR OVERCHARGING, IMPROPER STORAGE (INCLUDING OVER-DISCHARGE DURING PERIODS OF INACTIVITY), WATER EXPOSURE, OR UNAUTHORIZED FIRMWARE TAMPERING

  • DAMAGE RESULTING FROM ELECTRICAL MODIFICATIONS OR USE OF NON-APPROVED BATTERIES OR CHARGERS

  • ANY MODIFICATION TO THE FIRMWARE, INCLUDING TOP SPEED UNLOCKING OR REGION OVERRIDES

  • TAMPERING WITH SERIAL NUMBERS, FACTORY LABELS, OR EMBEDDED IDENTIFICATION

  • COMMERCIAL, RENTAL, RACE, OR DELIVERY CONTEXTS

  • DAMAGE, INJURY, OR LEGAL CONSEQUENCES RESULTING FROM FAILURE TO COMPLY WITH TRAFFIC LAWS, HELMET REQUIREMENTS, OR LOCAL REGULATIONS GOVERNING E-BIKE USAGE

  • INJURY TO THE RIDER OR OTHERS RESULTING FROM USE OF THE PRODUCT, INCLUDING IN CASES OF IMPROPER HANDLING, HIGH-SPEED OPERATION, RECKLESS RIDING, OR FAILURE TO FOLLOW SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS

IMPORTANT: ANY MODIFICATION TO THE FIRMWARE, DRIVE SYSTEM, OR REGIONAL SPEED LIMITS IMMEDIATELY VOIDS ALL WARRANTIES AND GUARANTEES. PAPRIKA 53 LIMITED ACCEPTS NO LIABILITY FOR INJURY, MALFUNCTION, OR LEGAL CONSEQUENCES RESULTING FROM SUCH MODIFICATIONS.

  • FOR SECONDHAND BUYERS: RESALE DOCUMENTATION (E.G., A BILL OF SALE, DATED PROOF OF TRANSFER, DEALER INVOICE, OR WRITTEN AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE ORIGINAL AND NEW OWNER THAT REASONABLY ESTABLISHES A CHANGE OF OWNERSHIP) AND, IF AVAILABLE, THE ORIGINAL PROOF OF PURCHASE

  • VISIBLE PRODUCT SERIAL NUMBER


IF PROOF IS MISSING


IF VALID PROOF OF PURCHASE OR DELIVERY CANNOT BE PROVIDED, PAPRIKA 53 LIMITED RESERVES THE RIGHT TO DETERMINE WARRANTY ELIGIBILITY USING PRODUCTION DATA, SERIAL NUMBER TRACKING, OR PRODUCT REGISTRATION TIMESTAMP. IN SUCH CASES, WARRANTY PERIODS MAY BE ADJUSTED ACCORDINGLY.

CLAIMS MADE AFTER 7 DAYS MAY NOT BE ELIGIBLE UNLESS SUPPORTED BY PRE-ASSEMBLY EVIDENCE.

IF CONFIRMED, PAPRIKA 53 LIMITED WILL ARRANGE FOR REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT AT NO COST TO YOU.

PAPRIKA 53 LIMITED WILL DETERMINE WHETHER A REPAIR, REPLACEMENT, OR FUNCTIONALLY EQUIVALENT SUBSTITUTE IS APPROPRIATE.

[ Service Terms & Replacements ]

  • IF THE ORIGINAL PART, COLOR, OR FINISH IS UNAVAILABLE, PAPRIKA 53 LIMITED MAY

  • OFFER A FUNCTIONALLY EQUIVALENT ALTERNATIVE

  • REPLACEMENT COMPONENTS CARRY THE REMAINING TERM OF THE ORIGINAL WARRANTY

  • REPAIRS MAY RESULT IN LOSS OF SYSTEM-STORED DATA. RIDERS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR BACKING UP THEIR DATA PRIOR TO SUBMITTING BIKES FOR SERVICE

  • DO NOT RETURN BATTERIES THAT ARE VISIBLY SWOLLEN, LEAKING, OR PUNCTURED. THESE WILL BE DISPOSED OF UPON ARRIVAL AND WILL NOT BE REFUNDED OR RETURNED

  • CUSTOM-PAINTED OR LIMITED-EDITION FINISHES MAY BE ELIGIBLE FOR REPAIR BY PAPRIKA 53 LIMITED, SUBJECT TO INSPECTION. IF REPAIR IS APPROVED, A SERVICE FEE WILL BE QUOTED IN WRITING AND MUST BE CONFIRMED BY THE CUSTOMER BEFORE ANY WORK BEGINS.

[ Returns ]

YOU MAY RETURN AN UNUSED, UNRIDDEN BIKE IN ITS ORIGINAL PACKAGING WITHIN 30 CALENDAR DAYS OF DELIVERY.



CONDITIONS:


  • BIKES MUST BE IN ORIGINAL CONDITION AND UNASSEMBLED. BIKES THAT HAVE BEEN ASSEMBLED, RIDDEN, OR MODIFIED IN ANY WAY ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN UNLESS EXPLICITLY AUTHORIZED IN WRITING BY PAPRIKA 53 LIMITED.

  • BUYER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR RETURN SHIPPING FEES

  • A RESTOCKING FEE OF UP TO 10% MAY APPLY IF CONDITION CANNOT BE CONFIRMED

  • CUSTOM-PAINTED BIKES ARE FINAL SALE AND ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURNS

[ Transferability ]

  • THE 2-YEAR STANDARD WARRANTY IS TRANSFERABLE TO A SECOND OWNER, PROVIDED THE PRODUCT’S SERIAL NUMBER IS INTACT AND THE NEW OWNER CAN PROVIDE VALID RESALE DOCUMENTATION. SECONDHAND OWNERS ARE ONLY COVERED FOR THE REMAINDER OF THE ORIGINAL 2-YEAR STANDARD WARRANTY.

  • THE 4-YEAR EXTENDED COVERAGE IS NON-TRANSFERABLE AND APPLIES ONLY TO THE ORIGINAL PURCHASER.

RESALE DOCUMENTATION MAY INCLUDE A BILL OF SALE, DATED PROOF OF TRANSFER, DEALER INVOICE, OR WRITTEN AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE ORIGINAL AND NEW OWNER THAT REASONABLY ESTABLISHES A CHANGE OF OWNERSHIP. PAPRIKA 53 LIMITED RESERVES THE RIGHT TO DENY ANY CLAIM WHERE:


  • THE CHAIN OF OWNERSHIP CANNOT BE REASONABLY VERIFIED, OR

  • THE PRODUCT’S SERIAL NUMBER HAS BEEN REMOVED, TAMPERED WITH, OR DAMAGED IN A WAY THAT AFFECTS TRACEABILITY.

[ Electric Drive System – DJI Policy ]

PAPRIKA 53 ELECTRIC ASSIST SYSTEMS (INCLUDING DRIVE UNIT, BATTERY, AND CONTROL DISPLAY) ARE SUPPLIED BY SZ DJI TECHNOLOGY CO., LTD.



  • ALL WARRANTIES FOLLOW DJI’S OFFICIAL SERVICE POLICY

  • PAPRIKA 53 LIMITED WILL ASSIST IN DOCUMENTATION AND SUBMISSIONS BUT CANNOT OVERRIDE DJI’S DECISIONS


ANY TAMPERING WITH THE DRIVE SYSTEM—INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO FIRMWARE MODIFICATION, UNLOCKING, OR THIRD-PARTY DIAGNOSTIC TOOLS—IMMEDIATELY VOIDS COVERAGE FROM BOTH DJI AND PAPRIKA 53 LIMITED.

[ Limitation Of Liability ]

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW:


PAPRIKA 53 LIMITED SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR SPECIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF USE, LOST PROFITS, LOST TIME, PERSONAL INJURY, OR REPUTATIONAL HARM.


RIDERS ARE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR COMPLYING WITH ALL LOCAL LAWS AND SAFETY REGULATIONS, INCLUDING HELMET USE, SPEED LIMITS, VEHICLE CLASSIFICATION RULES, AND ROAD ACCESS RESTRICTIONS. PAPRIKA 53 LIMITED DISCLAIMS ANY LIABILITY, INCLUDING INJURY, HARM, OR DEATH ARISING FROM NONCOMPLIANCE OR MISUSE OF ITS PRODUCTS.


IF LIABILITY IS ESTABLISHED UNDER APPLICABLE LAW, PAPRIKA 53 LIMITED’S TOTAL LIABILITY IS STRICTLY LIMITED TO THE ORIGINAL PURCHASE PRICE OF THE PRODUCT.


THIS LIMITATION APPLIES REGARDLESS OF LEGAL THEORY AND EVEN IF PAPRIKA 53 LIMITED WAS ADVISED OF THE POTENTIAL FOR SUCH DAMAGES.


THIS DOES NOT LIMIT OR EXCLUDE ANY RIGHTS THAT CANNOT BE WAIVED UNDER LOCAL CONSUMER PROTECTION LAW. LIMITED.

THIS DATA MAY BE SHARED WITH SERVICE PARTNERS OR TRANSFERRED TO JURISDICTIONS WHERE WE OPERATE, SOLELY FOR PURPOSES RELATED TO THE WARRANTY.

ANY DISPUTE ARISING FROM THIS WARRANTY SHALL BE SUBJECT TO THE EXCLUSIVE JURISDICTION OF THE COURTS OF HONG KONG.
