THEN CHOOSE “DEPOSIT ONLY” OR “FULL PAYMENT” AND CHECK OUT.

YOU’LL GET ONE CONFIRMATION EMAIL WITH YOUR ORDER NUMBER AND LINK TO REFUND, AND ANOTHER WITH A LINK TO PAY THE REST IF YOU ONLY PLACED A DEPOSIT.

THE DEPOSIT IS AUTOMATICALLY SUBTRACTED FROM YOUR FINAL BILL.

04Refunds On Full Payment?

YOU CAN REQUEST A REFUND ANYTIME BETWEEN THE DAY YOU PAID UP UNTIL 30 DAYS OF RECEIVING THE BIKE. DO THIS THROUGH YOUR PAYMENT CONFIRMATION EMAIL.

05Missed Full Payment Deadline?

WE’LL HAVE TO CANCEL YOUR SPOT AND REALLOCATE YOUR BUILD SLOT. NO HARD FEELINGS—WE JUST DON’T BUILD EXTRAS.

06Can I Change My Order?

IF IT’S BEFORE AUGUST 31, YES. CONTACT US, OR YOUR AUTHORIZED DEALER DIRECTLY. AFTER THAT, WE’RE ALREADY LAYING UP FRAMES AND PREPPING PAINT. SO… PROBABLY NOT. BUT EMAIL US AND WE’LL SEE WHAT WE CAN DO.

07Can I Switch To Custom?

YES—LET US KNOW BEFORE AUGUST 31 AND WE’LL GET YOUR PAINT BRIEF STARTED. WE’LL ONLY INVOICE ONCE YOU’VE SIGNED OFF ON THE FINAL DIRECTION AND ADDITIONAL COST

08Are Reservations Transferrable?

YES, BEFORE AUGUST 31. JUST EMAIL US WITH YOUR DEPOSIT CONFIRMATION DETAILS AND THE EMAIL OF WHOMEVER YOU’RE TRANSFERRING IT TO. YOU’LL BE REFUNDED YOUR DEPOSIT, AND THEY’LL BE EMAILED A LINK TO SUBMIT A NEW DEPOSIT.

09Reserve More Than One?

01What’s Covered?

IF WE DESIGNED IT, AND IT FAILS UNDER NORMAL USE, WE’LL BACK IT.

  • 2 YEARS: ALL PAPRIKA 53 PROPRIETARY COMPONENTS (E.G. FRAME, HANDLEBAR)

  • 6 YEARS: SAME PARTS, BUT ONLY IF YOU’RE THE ORIGINAL OWNER

  • DRIVE SYSTEM: COVERED FOR 2 YEARS UNDER DJI’S POLICY. WE ASSIST WITH CLAIMS.THEY DECIDE THE OUTCOME.

  • THIRD-PARTY COMPONENTS (E.G. DRIVETRAIN, BRAKES): COVERED BY THEIR OWN BRANDS, NOT US.


YOUR WARRANTY STARTS ON THE DAY YOU RECEIVE IT, NOT WHEN YOU ORDERED IT. IF YOU DON’T HAVE PROOF OF DELIVERY, WE’LL USE THE PRODUCT’S PRODUCTION OR REGISTRATION DATE TO DETERMINE COVERAGE.

  • NORMAL WEAR AND TEAR OF TIRES, CHAINS, PADS, BEARINGS, GRIPS ETC.

  • CRASHES, RECKLESS RIDING, OR TERRAIN ABUSE

  • FIRMWARE UNLOCKING, TOP-SPEED OVERRIDES, OR REGION HACKS

  • OVERCHARGING, WATER EXPOSURE, OR BATTERY DAMAGE FROM IMPROPER STORAGE

  • ASSEMBLING IT WRONG, THEN BLAMING THE BIKE

  • RUST, CORROSION, OR TAMPERING WITH SERIAL NUMBERS

  • INJURIES, LEGAL ISSUES, OR DAMAGE FROM IGNORING LOCAL LAWS

  • BATTERIES THAT SHOW UP PUNCTURED, SWOLLEN, OR LEAKING (THEY’LL BE DISPOSED OF)


WE’RE SERIOUS: UNLOCK YOUR BIKE’S FIRMWARE—EVEN IF YOU CHANGE IT BACK— AND YOU VOID EVERYTHING. WARRANTY. GUARANTEE. EVEN OUR PATIENCE.

03Bike Arrives Damaged?

DON’T ASSEMBLE IT. DON’T RIDE IT. DO THIS:

  • TAKE CLEAR PHOTOS OF ANY DAMAGE OR BOX FLAWS

IF IT CHECKS OUT, WE’LL REPLACE OR REPAIR—USUALLY WITHIN 15 DAYS.

04Can I Return A Bike?

YES, WITH RULES.

  • MUST BE WITHIN 30 CALENDAR DAYS OF DELIVERY

  • MUST BE IN ORIGINAL CONDITION, UNASSEMBLED, UNUSED

  • MUST INCLUDE ORIGINAL PACKAGING AND ALL ACCESSORIES

09Do You Collect Personal Data?

ONLY WHEN YOU SUBMIT A CLAIM—AND ONLY WHAT WE NEED TO PROCESS IT. THAT INCLUDES NAME, PHONE, EMAIL, SHIPPING ADDRESS. WE NEVER SELL DATA. FULL DETAILS UNDER TERMS.

10Coverage For Secondhand?

YES—FOR THE REMAINDER OF THE ORIGINAL STANDARD 2-YEAR WARRANTY, AS LONG AS:

WE’LL EMAIL YOU WITHIN 48 HOURS TO COLLECT A FEW COLOR REFERENCES. YOU’LL RECEIVE 3 RENDERS AND A QUOTE BASED ON YOUR INPUT. ONE ROUND OF FEEDBACK (IF NEEDED). FURTHER REVISIONS MAY INCUR SMALL CHARGES SO TRY TO GIVE DETAILED FEEDBACK.

(IF YOUR REFERENCES ARE TOO VAGUE, WE’LL KEEP FOLLOWING UP UNTIL WE HAVE SOMETHING WE CAN ACTUALLY WORK WITH TO CREATE PRESENTABLE RENDERS.)

  • SIMPLE: SINGLE COLOR OR CLEAN TWO-TONE — TYPICALLY $400–$800

04How Do I Order?

THE RESERVATION FLOW AND DEPOSIT ARE THE SAME. DEPOSITS ARE FULLY REFUNDABLE BEFORE AUGUST 31.

THE ONLY DIFFERENCE: CUSTOM BIKES CAN’T BE PAID IN FULL UPFRONT, SINCE PAINT COSTS VARY.

ONCE YOUR DESIGN IS LOCKED, WE’LL EMAIL A LINK TO PAY THE FINAL BALANCE (DEPOSIT DEDUCTED). PAYMENT IS DUE BEFORE AUGUST 31. ONCE PAID, CUSTOM ORDERS ARE FINAL SALE AND NOT ELIGIBLE FOR REFUNDS OR RETURNS. WARRANTY STILL APPLIES.

05Will It Take Longer?

YES. SIMPLE FINISHES MAY ADD 2–3 WEEKS. COMPLEX DESIGNS CAN ADD UP TO 2-3 MONTHS. WE’LL GIVE YOU THE ESTIMATED TIMELINE TO DELIVERY ALONG WITH YOUR RENDERS.

THINK COLOR SWATCHES, HEX CODES, OR PRODUCT PHOTOS IN NATURAL LIGHT. AVOID ABSTRACT ART, AI-GENERATED IMAGES, HEAVILY FILTERED PHOTOS, OR FABRIC—THOSE DON’T TRANSLATE WELL TO REAL PAINT.

"IT SHOULD FEEL LIKE THIS GRADIENT" IS FINE. "THIS EXACT DESIGN ON THE 25 GT" ISN'T. WE'RE NOT INFRINGING ON ANOTHER BRAND'S IP.

08Will I Be Updated?

YES. ONCE PAINTING IS DONE, YOU’LL RECEIVE A VIDEO OF THE RESULT. ONE ROUND OF FEEDBACK. AFTER THAT, ANY CHANGES MAY INCUR ADDITIONAL COSTS.

ONCE APPROVED, THE FRAME MOVES INTO ASSEMBLY AND CAN NO LONGER BE ALTERED.
