- 6 YEARS: SAME PARTS, BUT ONLY IF YOU’RE THE ORIGINAL OWNER
- DRIVE SYSTEM: COVERED FOR 2 YEARS UNDER DJI’S POLICY. WE ASSIST WITH CLAIMS.THEY DECIDE THE OUTCOME.
- THIRD-PARTY COMPONENTS (E.G. DRIVETRAIN, BRAKES): COVERED BY THEIR OWN BRANDS, NOT US.

- NORMAL WEAR AND TEAR OF TIRES, CHAINS, PADS, BEARINGS, GRIPS ETC.
- CRASHES, RECKLESS RIDING, OR TERRAIN ABUSE
- FIRMWARE UNLOCKING, TOP-SPEED OVERRIDES, OR REGION HACKS
- OVERCHARGING, WATER EXPOSURE, OR BATTERY DAMAGE FROM IMPROPER STORAGE
- ASSEMBLING IT WRONG, THEN BLAMING THE BIKE
- RUST, CORROSION, OR TAMPERING WITH SERIAL NUMBERS
- INJURIES, LEGAL ISSUES, OR DAMAGE FROM IGNORING LOCAL LAWS
- BATTERIES THAT SHOW UP PUNCTURED, SWOLLEN, OR LEAKING (THEY’LL BE DISPOSED OF)

WE’LL EMAIL YOU WITHIN 48 HOURS TO COLLECT A FEW COLOR REFERENCES. YOU’LL RECEIVE 3 RENDERS AND A QUOTE BASED ON YOUR INPUT. ONE ROUND OF FEEDBACK (IF NEEDED). FURTHER REVISIONS MAY INCUR SMALL CHARGES SO TRY TO GIVE DETAILED FEEDBACK.
(IF YOUR REFERENCES ARE TOO VAGUE, WE’LL KEEP FOLLOWING UP UNTIL WE HAVE SOMETHING WE CAN ACTUALLY WORK WITH TO CREATE PRESENTABLE RENDERS.)
ONCE YOU SELECT A DESIGN, WE’LL EMAIL YOU A LINK TO PAY THE FINAL BALANCE (DEPOSIT DEDUCTED). DO THIS BEFORE AUGUST 31.
ONCE THE FRAMES ARE DONE AND PAYMENT’S BEEN RECEIVED, WE’LL PAINT. FINAL VIDEO FOR APPROVAL SENT BEFORE THE BIKE IS ASSEMBLED.

LOGOS, LETTERING, DECALS, AND THE TRIANGLE ABOVE THE DROPLINE DIP ISN’T CUSTOMIZABLE—BUT YOU CAN CHOOSE BETWEEN BLACK OR WHITE.

- SIMPLE: SINGLE COLOR OR CLEAN TWO-TONE — TYPICALLY $400–$800
- COMPLEX: FADES, GRADIENTS, METALLICS, PEARLESCENTS — UP TO $5,000 (WE GET SOME WILD REQUESTS)
04How Do I Order?


THE ONLY DIFFERENCE: CUSTOM BIKES CAN’T BE PAID IN FULL UPFRONT, SINCE PAINT COSTS VARY.
ONCE YOUR DESIGN IS LOCKED, WE’LL EMAIL A LINK TO PAY THE FINAL BALANCE (DEPOSIT DEDUCTED). PAYMENT IS DUE BEFORE AUGUST 31. ONCE PAID, CUSTOM ORDERS ARE FINAL SALE AND NOT ELIGIBLE FOR REFUNDS OR RETURNS. WARRANTY STILL APPLIES.

"IT SHOULD FEEL LIKE THIS GRADIENT" IS FINE. "THIS EXACT DESIGN ON THE 25 GT" ISN'T. WE'RE NOT INFRINGING ON ANOTHER BRAND'S IP.
08Will I Be Updated?


ONCE APPROVED, THE FRAME MOVES INTO ASSEMBLY AND CAN NO LONGER BE ALTERED.
