This isn’t a waitlist. The first Model 25 GTs are already in production.

[ What Your Deposit Covers ]

• Your deposit secures one of the limited bikes in our first production batch, which is already underway.
• It goes toward the final sale price (to be confirmed prior to full payment).

[ Refund Policy ]

• Your deposit is fully refundable until August 31, 2025, including for custom paint finishes.
• After that date, deposits are non-refundable, as production commitments will be locked in.

[ Full Payment Deadline ]

• Final payment is due by August 31, 2025.
• You can choose to pay in full anytime before then using the link provided in your reservation confirmation email.
  
• The full payment is fully refundable any time between date of payment and within 30 days of receiving the bike. However, once the bike is shipped requests for refunds will be processed as returns, and you will be required to cover return shipping costs.
• If you’ve selected a custom paint finish, you’ll receive a separate payment link after your design rounds are complete and the final cost is confirmed via email.
• If payment isn’t received by the deadline, we may cancel your reservation and reallocate your build slot.

[ Delivery Timeline ]

• Estimated delivery is September to October 2025, depending on your configuration and shipping location.
   If delays occur, we’ll keep you informed. You won’t be left guessing.

[ Changes to Spec or Paint ]

• Occasionally, minor substitutions may occur due to supply shifts or upgrades.
• Any changes will be equal or better in performance and quality.

[ Ownership & Risk ]

• Ownership transfers once full payment is received and your bike is shipped.
• Risk passes to you when the bike is handed off to the shipping provider.

• United Kingdom: Consumer Rights Act 2015

• Canada: Provincial Consumer Protection Acts

These terms are designed to align with—not override—your statutory protections.
